In individual therapy, we take the time to get to know you one-on-one. In the first few sessions, you and your therapist will get to know one another, explore the reasons why you are in therapy, and set the foundation with specific goals for your treatment. You and your therapist will collaborate to identify how often you will meet. It is highly recommended to meet with your therapist weekly to gain progress on your goals.
